NAPA Store Takes Home Hardware 

West Herr is proud to announce that our NAPA parts store has won NAPA's Five Star Excellence Award.

We'd like to congratulate Eric Zimmerman and his staff on winning the award as it is the highest possible honor NAPA awards.    

"This award is especially meaningful because it was achieved in only 6 months of business," said Brad Coon, Director of Fixed Operations at West Herr.

NAPA has more than 3,0000 independent parts stores across the country, and only a select few are awarded the Five Star Excellence Award.  Eric and his team earned this envied title by excelling in the following areas: sales growth, store presentation, wholesale marketing, and education and training.

A lot of work goes into attaining this level of recognition. Day in and day out, Five Star Excellence stores strive to exceed their customers' expectations, all while focusing on meeting their key objectives.

In addition to the top honors, Eric will attend the National NAPA Conference.  Here, Eric will spend time with fellow Five Star Excellence winners while being recognized by NAPA for his store achievements.
